No, your products will appear on your own storefront and not mixed up with products from other businesses. Each business has its own unique storefront and products. You get to market and share your own website with your customers who place their orders for you to fulfill.
Who takes care of the delivery? Uzanga or the business owner?
The business owner physically dispatches the order to the delivery option the customer chose while checking out. If it was pickup mtaani, the business owner drops it at their sender agent and so on. Uzanga provides the platform and delivery options, but the actual fulfillment is handled by the business owner.
Can I withdraw my earnings immediately I get an order?
You can only withdraw earnings for orders that have been fulfilled. When an order is placed, its cash is held in your wallet untill the order is fulfilled. A matatu sacco order is fulfilled when an image of the sacco's receipt or some proof is submitted. Custom Shipping & Shop pickup orders are fulfilled when the OTP sent to the customer is submitted. If a pickup mtaani order isn't pay on delivery, it's fulfilled when you drop the package at the sender agent and the agent picks it with their pickup mtaani app. If a pickup mtaani order is pay on delivery, it's fulfilled when the customer pays for it and it's given out.
